Our white liquid honey is collected from clover, alpha plants and wild flowers. This honey is then extracted from the combs, strained and carefully packaged in bottles maintaining its natural flavours and quality. Honey is the only natural sweetener known that needs no additional refining or processing to be utilized. White or light coloured honey tends to have a mild light flavour and is a favourite on bread, ice cream, in baking, coffee and tea.
