We will gladly accept returns when shopping in-store with an exchange or in-store credit for any hard goods merchandise (giftware, décor) for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Sale merchandise is final sale and not returnable.

Plants:
At this time, Anna's does not accept returns on plants, but we do guarantee every plant will arrive in great condition.
If your plant or pot arrived damaged, please have your order number and photo of your damaged plant ready. Then, let us know via the form below so we can ship a replacement for you as soon as possible.
