Shipping policy
When can I expect my order to ship?
We expect orders to ship within 5-10 business days given current policies and procedures to protect the health and safety of our fulfillment team. Once each package is out the door, you’ll automatically receive tracking information so you can keep an eye out for it. Once in transit, packages take 1-3 business days to arrive.
What if I need to change my order?
If you need to make a change to your order please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly but will do our best to address your request.
If I order more than one plant will they ship separately?
Plants that are part of the same order may ship separately. Your order could arrive in multiple packages at slightly different times. Once each package is out the door, you’ll receive individual tracking information so you can keep an eye out for it.
Do you ship during Winter?
Plants make people happy — even in the winter! Shipping plants is complex, but we're committed to sending healthy leaves to all zip codes. If the temps dip too low, we include a heat packs in every package so your plants stay warm and cozy in transit.

Experiencing a polar vortex or blizzard? We've got our eye on the weather by region and will hold your order until it passes. If your order is being held due to weather concerns, our team will be in touch to keep you in the loop!
When will my order arrive?
Currently you have the option of choosing your shipping program through UPS. There are three options to choose from.
Can I get same day delivery?
Unfortunately, this is not something we can feasibly offer at this time
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada and the United States.
Do you offer local delivery?
The most convenient local option is our curbside pick-up. Choose the pick up option if you’re a customer within Windsor-Essex County. Choose your pick up day and time and we will facilitate your order at the given address.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Each order may only ship to a single address. Orders shipping to multiple addresses must be purchased separately.
Does Anna’s deliver to the United States?
Yes, we ship select items to the United States. UPS Courier to your door. We're currently working on expanding our inventory offerings.

What are my shipping costs?
Our plant orders ship via UPS currently. You can view your shipping options and rates during the ordering process. We are currently exploring additional shipping options, with a specific focus on the regional marketplace. Please check back in the near future for further shipping options. Once your order leaves our greenhouse, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation that indicates your order is on its way.
