A combination of basil, rosemary, parsley, oregano, thyme, and/or sage.

CARE: 

Light: Full sun, or partial shade

Water: Keep on the dry-side for most intense flavour. Ensure proper drainage. 

Fertilizer: Slow release pellets or organic fertilizer, every 2 weeks. Too much fertilizer reduces flavour/fragrance. 

Maintenance: Prune if additional foliage is desired. Harvest often to encourage new growth.
