
When a sweltering heatwave hit Ontario in August 2003, Ajoa Mintah had a decision to make: buy an air conditioner or an ice cream machine. She chose the latter—and ended up with something far cooler than she ever expected.

That impulse purchase sparked an obsession. Batch after batch, recipe after recipe, Ajoa discovered the joy of hand-crafted ice cream made with care, creativity, and clean, simple ingredients. Years (and many delicious experiments) later, that joy grew into a dream: to make ice cream better—for everyone.
That dream became Four All Ice Cream: a small-batch, locally-focused ice cream company based in Kitchener-Waterloo. As Founder and Chief Ice Cream Maker, Ajoa’s mission was clear—create indulgent treats that don’t compromise your well-being. Four All is all about ice cream that tastes like the real deal—because it is.
Every scoop starts with the freshest, most natural base we could find: A2 Guernsey cow milk from Eby Manor Farm, just outside of Waterloo. What’s so special about A2 milk? It’s not just rich and creamy—it’s easier to digest than regular milk, making it a game-changer for people with dairy sensitivities. That means no tummy troubles, just pure ice cream joy.
And it doesn’t stop there. Every flavour we make is thoughtfully crafted in our gluten-free Kitchener production kitchen, using local and responsibly sourced ingredients to deliver bold, real flavour. We’re not cutting corners. We’re pouring love and intention into every pint.
The name Four All? That’s inspired by Ajoa’s own family of four—each with their own unique ice cream personality:
