Right here in Kingsville, Ontario, Miller’s Bakery is serving up some of the town’s most beloved breads, pastries, and handmade desserts. Known for their warm atmosphere and incredible selection, Miller’s has quickly become a staple in the community for anyone who appreciates high-quality baking done the traditional way.
But behind the flaky croissants and perfect apple squares is a story just as sweet.
A Family Tradition Turned Dream Bakery
“I’ve loved baking with my Mom, Grandma, and Oma ever since I was a little kid,” says the owner of Miller’s Bakery. “I always had the dream of having my own bakery.”
That dream took shape after high school when she enrolled in Niagara College’s Baking and Pastry Arts program. She spent four years honing her craft in professional bakeries across the Niagara region before bringing her skills back home — and that’s when Miller’s Bakery was born.
Now, it’s more than just a bakery. It’s a weekend ritual for many locals, a cozy corner filled with familiar faces, and a space where passion for baking is felt in every bite.
