The business began as a high school project when Ameen received a $3,000 grant and teamed up with his mom, Surria, to share her homemade pita chips, inspired by their Lebanese heritage in the Beqaa Valley. What started in their home kitchen has since grown into a thriving business, with a 12,000-square-foot production facility in Windsor, Ontario. Cedar Valley’s pita chips are now sold in over 2,000 grocery stores across Canada.

My husband and I met this family through the Belle River Jr C hockey club, which my husband is one of the originals who started this hockey club. Now this yound man and his mon are wonderful and I love love love their product, we have tried all their pita products and even sent them to ou grandson who also loves these pitas all the way to Calgary, as he is a student at the University there.
All I can say is keep up the good work of introducing new people and new products.
