Tutti Gourmet Biscotti

Tutti Gourmet Biscotti

This week we’re daydreaming of escaping to beautiful Italy! A place where they value and celebrate all aspects of life. From taking time to eat and drink well, to spending time with family.

One of the many delicious foods they’re known for is biscotti – with the Italian cookie tracing its origins back to Roman Times, we’ve been told it’s best enjoyed as an accompaniment to cappuccino or with Vin Santo (a style of Italian dessert wine).

So what is the history of biscotti? Well, Roman biscotti was more about convenience food for travelers rather than a pleasurable treat! These finger-shaped wafers were baked first to cook them, then a second time to completely dry them out, making them durable for travel and nourishment for long journeys!

When we came across modern-day Tutti Gourmet Biscotti, from the picturesque town of Hudson, Quebec, we had a feeling we were on to something delicious! A company that is committed to creating flavours that amaze, they wanted to bring truth to the word “Tutti”, the Italian word for “Everyone”.

Enjoy the delicate crunch of this gluten-free, allergen-friendly, non-dairy, soy, corn, or wheat snack! Choose from two delicious flavours:

  • Almond: This traditional recipe will satisfy every Biscotti fan including those with specific food intolerances. Natural vanilla and selected almonds will pamper your taste buds and make you enjoy the delicate crunch that our most popular flavour has to offer.
  • Pistachio, Cranberry & Anise: Creatively crafted, and made for the “Gourmet” in you, these Biscotti will make you forget the world around you. The Pistachio, Cranberry & Anise Biscotti are made the classic way while creating a perfect and modern blend. You won’t be able to resist taking another bite!
