This week we’re excited to introduce you to Provisions Food Company- created by trained chef Lori McDonald in 2012 when she decided to combine her background with her passions for vineyards, orchards, and farms of the beautiful Niagara growing region of Canada. What started as a kitchen project canning jams quickly turned into a production facility in Beamsville, Ontario, Canada.
