A not-so-finicky Ficus, this Triangularis is adored for its unique triangular green and cream leaves and stiff stems.
Native to South Africa, triangle Ficus boasts triangular-shaped, bright green leaves and is admired for its easy-to-care-for personality! A slow grower that can be used to decorate a tabletop or flank a doorway. A perfect plant for a bright bedroom, bathroom, or kitchen.
Care & Maintenance for Ficus Triangularis Variegata:
Light: Bright, indirect light. If you do not give it enough light it will drop its leaves or it will not produce any variegation in it’s growth.
Water: Water your plant whenever the soil feels dry to the touch. Water thoroughly and then let the plant dry out again before it gets another drink. They thrive in humid conditions so if your house has dry air you might consider placing your plant on a pebble-filled tray with water.
Fertilizer: Every four weeks during the growing season, feed your 20-20-20 general-purpose fertilizer.
Maintenance: Keep it away from heat or cooling ducts that might blow on the plant and dry it out prematurely. Avoid relocation.
Growth: 8′ high/4′ spread
