Carolinia Cider Company is a multi-generational labour of love.
The tasting barn in located onsite at The Fruit Wagon; a working farm and market established in 1984. Their dry, sparkling ciders are crafted from apples planted, tended and harvested by hand on their family farm - A true team effort!
Nestled in the northernmost Carolinian forest on the shores of Lake Erie, the sandy soil and maritime climate help to produce exceptional ciders crafted from both traditional cider varieties and fresh market apples.
They also have a patio where you can enjoy a flight of glass of cider among their Carolinian Forest and apple orchard.
