3G Adonidia Palm Tree

Adonidia Palm Tree, also referred to as the Christmas palm or Mini Royal Palm, was cultivated for centuries in East Asia before becoming a staple in the West Indies and Florida.

CARE: 

Light: Full sun (at least 4 to 6 hours everyday) 

• Indoors: keep it near a south- or west-facing window, where it gets strong light.
• Outdoors: it prefers sun but can tolerate partial shade, especially on hot summer afternoons when the sun is strong. The palm also appreciates some shade when it's young, as strong sun all day long can scorch its tender new growth.

Fertilizer: grows best when fed in spring and summer. Use a slow-release fertilizer formula designed specifically for palms that has an N-P-K-Mg ratio of 8-2-12-4.

Water: Water regularly to keep soil evenly moist, but it can also tolerate short periods of dryness without significant damage. If your area experiences a period of drought, give the palm supplemental water, aiming for about 1 inch of water weekly.
