Workshop Description: This workshop calls in those who are ready to step into their role as a herbal healer within their household or community. We will be getting our hands in the soil for a herbal seeding workshop, where we will cover five approachable herbs that you can add into your medicine cabinet and begin to cultivate a deeper understanding of the plant medicine world and how to work with its wisdom.
Materials: Seeds, soil, and pots provided.
Please bring: Gardening gloves, and clothing that is open to getting dirty!

About Workshop Host: Alley L. Biniarz is a folk herbalist, regenerative gardener, writer, and kitchen fairy. She feels most alive when she’s in communication with the plant world around her or learning a new (well, old or nearly forgotten) skill. She guides spaces that encourage us to intentionally tap into the rhythms and cycles of nature, as well as the seasons of our bodies.
