Workshop Description: A workshop designed to help empower you this allergy season through the magic of herbs. Join folk herbalists Dane & Alley as they take you through some of their favourite herbs to help support our livers and immune systems through this spring season.
This workshop is beginner-friendly and will include a tea blending portion where we will take the herbs we’ve talked about and combine them together into an herbal blend to take home with you.
Bring a notebook and pen for notes, a mug to drink your sample tea, and all of your herbal questions. This is a wonderful chance to ask your herbal questions, gather with like-minded folks, and have a nourishing conversation over tea.
